Eugene - a "Blucher" Modification
I am grateful to Andy GPT for sharing these rule modifications on the WFG website. The rules were developed in the second half of 2022 and the first game at the club was played in early December of that year.

The rule amendments that follow are based on Sam Mustafa's "Blucher" a game designed to re-enact large scale Napoleonic battles. You will need a copy of those rules and a decent knowledge of the game to understand the modifications below. "Eugene", originally designed with the Marlburian period in mind, can be used for games set in the 18th and early 19th centuries and contains innovations such as hex-based movement and changes to use of terrain, game turns, firing and combat.
