This is a list of the commanders of the era and their command rating. Primarily these are from the scenarios but hopefully more will be added over time. In some cases these vary when a commander performed differently at a particular battle.

As a guide the default command rating is 1. Commanders significantly better than average can be rated as 2, similarly commanders significantly worse than average an be 0. Only well known ‘Great’ commanders can be rated as 3, and then not necessarily on every occasion. The same is true for all commanders, they should be rated for their performance in the historical battle and so can vary from one battle to the next.
