This game was played on the third Sunday in February 2021. Ian designed the scenario, provided all the figures and terrain and was also the Zoom host. Andy R and Graham were the German and US commanders respectively. Despite Ian's careful planning, the game did not develop as anticipated and his rueful comment was: -

I have to put it down as one of my scenario failures. I'm afraid. It didn't work, not the first time and won't be the last. The scenario is back on the drawing board.....

Despite this, some useful lessons were learned. Please read on for an account of what happened.
